Neeraj Roy is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Hungama Digital Media Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. Under his leadership, Hungama today is South Asia’s largest digital and mobile entertainment company. He is also the Chairman of the Asia Board of the Mobile Entertainment Forum (MEF), and was recently voted amongst the ‘Top Ten mobiThinkers of 2009’ and ‘50 Most influential People in Mobile Entertainment’ globally. Neeraj was also awarded the Sun Microsystems-Economic Times Young Leader award in 2001 and voted as 25 young leaders in the new millennium by Business India. He is also an active speaker at various international forums and on several domestic and international committees advising on the global Mobile Entertainment opportunity.Neeraj began his career in the hospitality industry with the Taj Group of Hotels. After a successful decade in the service industry, he moved on to establish hungama.com in 1999. Today Hungama is the largest aggregator, developer and publisher of Bollywood & South Asian entertainment content in the world, having worldwide exclusive rights to over half a million music and video titles.

Albert Almeida - Chief Operating Officer, Hungama Mobile
Albert Almeida is the Chief Operating Office for the Mobile Business at Hungama where he is responsible for Hungama’s Domestic and International Mobile business covering Entertainment, Platforms and Applications Businesses.Under his guidance, Hungama Mobile, is creating convergence opportunities in media, entertainment and marketing for our telecom partners. These innovative and strategic concepts result from Albert’s experience of over 20 years in the field of media, entertainment and marketing.
Prior to joining Hungama he led the team at Sony Entertainment Television in the position of Executive Vice President and Business Head where he was responsible for building the brand via content, marketing and promotional strategies. Prior to Sony, Albert worked with J. Walter Thompson (JWT) - WPP GROUP, Mumbai and New York as Vice President and Regional Account Director. Synergizing his vast experience with excellent management skills, Albert comes across as an inspirational leader who has effectively managed teams and business in local and international markets.
Albert holds a Bachelors Degree in Commerce from Sydenham College of Commerce & Economics and a Masters in Management Studies from Sydenham Institute of Management Studies.

Siddhartha Roy – Chief Operating Officer, Consumer Business & Allied Services
Siddhartha Roy is the Chief Operating Officer for the Consumer Business & Allied Services at Hungama Digital Media Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. His key responsibilities include strengthening the digital marketing initiatives for the company, by providing their expanding client base with quality, innovative content and marketing solutions. Under his guidance, Hungama will set up a one of its kind consumer venture in digital entertainment. He has previously also been responsible for spearheading the Hungama Mobile business.
Siddhartha is also the co- founder of BigAdda, India’s largest youth network, a part of the Reliance ADA Group. During his tenure Bigadda gained a vast user base of 2.4 million. Prior to Bigadda.com, he has also worked with MTV Networks and Star TV, India. He has over 10 years of experience in new media communications.
Over the last decade, Hungama has created and executed some award winning campaigns in the digital space. The company has created innovative marketing solutions for over 350 brands including Coca Cola, Nokia, MasterCard, ICICI Bank, Axe, Nike, Bacardi and Cadbury’s. Arindam Nag - Head of Product, Consumer Business
Arindam Nag heads the Product Team within the Consumer Business at Hungama Digital Media Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. A Bachelor of Computer Science, Arindam has more than twelve years of varied experience in the field of digital media, covering eCommerce, mCommerce, CRM deployment & Value Added Services. Prior to Hungama, he worked with companies such as WEB18, OnMobile & Rediff, where he gained expertise in various domains on the internet and mobile fronts. A fast track professional, Arindam has been successful in leading projects that require a diverse exposure in technology and risk management.
At Hungama, Arindam leads the Product Team which is largely involved in web research & planning, product development & delivery, CRM for large projects and post implementation support & training. Currently, he is leading all development pertaining to Hungama.com, India’s premium entertainment destination.
Carlton D’Silva - Creative Director
Carlton D’Silva is the Creative Director at Hungama Digital Media Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. Under his guidance, Hungama has created more than a thousand digital campaigns, many of which have won accolades for the company, such as the PMAA’s Abby’s and The Globes. With 13 years of experience, his expertise in the digital arena is imaginative and inspiring, giving the company a creative edge in the industry. Prior to Hungama, Carlton headed the Creative Department at Internet Resources Pvt. Limited. He then moved to Hungama is its early days in 1999 and was instrumental in creating the brand it is today. With an agile and dynamic team of visualizers, designers, and copy writers, he has been responsible for creating over 3500 websites and games for domestic and international clients. He is also on the jury of the Abby Awards (Ad Club of Bombay) and the New York Ad festival.

Hemant Jain - Senior Vice President, Hungama Mobile
Hemant Jain leads the Domestic business of Hungama Mobile. He is responsible for leading Hungama Mobile’s growth to emerge as a dominant player in the mobile content industry in India. He has over 15 years of diverse experience and knowledge in sales, marketing, strategic planning and business management functions with leading organizations across a variety of industry verticals which include media (internet, mobile, radio and print), retail (broadband services) and telecom (VSAT). He is a veteran in the Internet & Digital media space and in the past has set up interactive/digital media divisions for leading advertising agencies. He has worked with renowned firms as HCL Comnet, Indian Express, Euro RSCG Advertising, Mudra Communications, Reliance World (formerly Reliance Web World) and Radio City.
Kunal Arora - Head of Digital
Kunal Arora is the Head of Digital at Hungama Digital Media Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. A Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Finance from the University of Maryland University College, Kunal has more than 11 years of experience in electronics & digital Industry.Kunal began his career as with the digital ad sales team at Hungama. After a successful stint with the company, he moved to LG as head of its digital business. At LG, he was responsible for setting up the largest durables e-commerce website in India - LGezbuy.com. Kunal has also worked with Yahoo where he was a key member of the Sales team and was also responsible for setting up the mobile sales division. During his stint Yahoo! also became the No. 1 advertising site in North India.
At Hungama, he spearheads various projects which involve campaign planning through in depth consumer research. As the Head of Digital, he brings forth excellent skills in large team management and interpersonal communication skills for effective client servicing. His ability to gauge insights has been instrumental in delivering campaigns with a 360 degree perspective.
Manan Chhatrapati - Chief Technology Officer
Manan Chhatrapati is the Chief Technology Officer at Hungama Digital Media Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. With over 25 years of industry experience in both international and domestic markets, he brings forth expertise in Web & Portal Development using .Net & PHP Technology.At Hungama, Manan is responsible for creating and executing technology roadmap across Hungama’s spread of operations. He has been instrumental in synergizing old and new technology for implementing numerous developments on digital and mobile. He leads a team that is involved in designing, developing and maintaining all support based technology functions for clients across industries.
Prior to Hungama, Manan worked with companies such as PIE Computer & investments Pvt. Ltd., CIDER Computer Pvt. Ltd., AT&T Bell Labs(USA), Monroe Systems of Business. Manan holds a B.E (Electrical Eng ) and M.S (Biomedical Eng)
Manoj Kaushal - Head, Content
Manoj has been associated with Hungama since August 2009. As Head Content, Manoj Kaushal brings with him over 15 years industry experience spanning across Media and Entertainment. Manoj began his career with brief stint in marketing. He then moved to Zee Telefilms Ltd. in 1995, taking a career shift to steams such as television programming, music management and acquisition of feature films for entire Zee Network. Post Zee, he worked with Reliance Big Entertainment, where he managed content for their internet business.
At Hungama, Manoj is managing partner relationships, enhancing partner values and aligning systems to evolving and changing dynamics of digital media. He works very closely with mobile and digital store front teams to expand the existing Hungama catalogue and manage existing content.
Nilay Kumar - Assistant Vice President, Managed Services Business
Nilay Kumar is the Assistant Vice President – Managed Business at Hungama Mobile. He is responsible for the Managed Services portfolio where he overlooks all initiatives that enable value added managed services for telecom service providers across the globe. Prior to this, Nilay was the Deputy General Manager – Hubs & Managed Services at Comviva (erstwhile Bharti Telesoft Ltd).Nilay has spent 11 years in the telecom industry, of which, last 4 years have focused on the telecom value added services space. He has been closely involved with GSMA and various international forums, as a thought leader on various global telecom initiatives. In addition to the Indian market, he has worked in close quarters in the international telecom market, having handled many of the leading global telecom groups, operator associations and international long distance carriers.
Nilay brings on board a deep understanding of varied marketing functions along with expertise in business development and analytical roles of revenue planning.
Niloufer Dundh - Head, Integrated Media
Niloufer Dundh is the Head of Integrated Media at Hungama Digital Media Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. Her key responsibilities include media sales and monetization of media properties across the mobile & digital verticals. She also spear heads key initiatives that aim at integrating digital services with traditional media practices, to create opportunities for holistic communication. In a career spanning over 15 years, Niloufer has worked with reputed brands such as Radio Mirchi, Hungama TV and UTV. Her profile has also allowed her to work in industries such as radio, television, outdoor and the digital media in markets such as India and Middle East. Prior to Hungama, she held the position of Chief Sales Officer at OOH Media.
Niloufer holds a degree in commerce and economics from Mumbai University along with a certificate in Commercial French, issued by the Chamber of Commerce & Economics, Paris, France, May 1991.
Punyashlok Bhakta - Business Head, Consumer Business / Head Of Marketing
Punyashlok Bhakta is the Head of Marketing at Hungama Digital Media Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. With over ten years of experience in marketing, his expertise lies in brand management with a focus on communication development and consumer insights. Prior to Hungama, Shlok has worked in FMCG / Consumer non-durables industry. He has driven marketing communication for leading companies such as Asian Paints and L’Oreal, where he worked on brands like Garnier and L’Oreal Paris. He has a keen understanding of consumers across the spectrum of mass-market dynamics and luxury products.
At Hungama, Shlok manages marketing initiatives across all business verticals through both strategic & operational marketing initiatives. He manages a team of young, enthusiastic professionals that work on all aspects of conventional and digital marketing. This includes brand management, brand solutions & engagement, image management, online & mobile marketing, consumer insights, and new product development. His team is closely involved in developing new opportunities in high-growth areas such as mobile VAS and social media platforms. He is also focused on building Hungama’s consumer businesses, especially Hungama.com.
Shlok holds an MMS in marketing from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a B. Sc. in Statistics from University of Mumbai.
Reetu Khatau – General Manager, Strategic Business
Reetu Khatau is General Manager, Strategic Business at Hungama Digital Media Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. A B. Sc in chemistry, Reetu has over 10 years of experience in digital content management, CRM, client servicing analytics and business management.Reetu began her career with Hungama, where she closely works with the leadership team on strategic planning and management, new business development and resource management.
Some of her major responsibilities at Hungama include evaluating key potential partnerships, alliances across all business verticals. She is also involved in reviewing key projects, which include people planning, commercial due diligence and effective management.
Reetu also holds a Diploma in Software Management from Aptech Institute.
Salil Koul - Senior Vice President, Hungama Promo Marketing
Salil Koul is the Senior Vice President, at Hungama Promo Marketing. With over 16 years of experience in events and promotions, Salil’s expertise lies in devising strategic plans for corporate development and converting them into an annual & quarterly business implementation plan.Prior to Hungama, he has co-founded Kidstuff Promo Marketing, a promos and events venture, with a small capital in 1995. His insight and expertise were responsible for building Kidstuff into an organization, which today, is known for its client base and client relationship management, practical and seamless operations, as well as robust HR and finance systems.
At Hungama, Salil oversees the national business responsibilities. Under his leadership, the promo-marketing team at Hungama is collaborating technology with traditional form of promotion, which is critical in the present day digital & mobile universe. Saumin Shah – Vice President, Accounts & Finance
Saumin Shah is the Vice President, Accounts & Finance at Hungama Digital Media Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. In a career spanning over 15 years, Saumin brings forth excellent skills in Financial ManagementAt Hungama, he is responsible for driving a team of financial experts that are developing & implementing an efficient Integrated Management System such as Financial Accounting, Budgeting, Costing, Production, Sales & Payroll.
Saumin holds degree in B.Com and Associate Chartered Accountant.
Shivkumar Ramdas, Senior Vice-President, Human Resources
Shivkumar Ramdas is the Senior Vice-President at Hungama Digital Media Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. He brings to us over 18 years of experience in sectors such as Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI), Retail Banking, Outsourcing and Technology support. Prior to Hungama, Shivkumar worked as the Human Resources Lead at Accenture where he spear-headed the company’s HR transformation initiatives. Additionally, he also led their Business HR Advisory teams and facilitated stabilization of the entry level capability in technology domains.
Shivkumar has also worked with American Express Bank where he spent 11 years handling various responsibilities from Operations and Risk Management to setting up their call center & Debt Management functions for their Regional Market. Post this; he worked with organizations like Prudential and also with startups in niche areas of Mortgage Banking and Legal Process Outsourcing. During these stints, he leveraged his business insights with HR interventions in the areas of HR Process Architecture, OD & Training, Employee Relations, Retention Strategy, Rewards & Recognition and Balanced Scorecard implementation.
In his previous roles, Shivkumar has gained experience in markets such as United States of America, United Kingdom and Asia Pacific. Savio James Joseph - Assistant General Manage, HRD
Savio James Joseph brings along more than nine years of experience in Human Resource Management, where he has worked with companies such as Sony, UB Group and Adlabs.A Post Graduate in Human Resource Development from Pune University, Savio has a keen interest in understanding new trends in human resource management and developing programs aimed that effective people management. He has been instrumental in developing a bouquet of best practices at Hungama which include key objectives such as recruitment, selection and retention. He has also devised a performance management system which is at par with industry standards in the country.

Suleman Mobhani is the Director & Co-founder Bollywood Hungama (erstwhile IndiaFM.com). Suleman began his career in the year 1997 with the launch of IndiaFM.com, which is India’s largest online destination for entertainment news.
